Returns and Exchanges You Must call or write ahead to return or exchange an item. Returns must be made within a month of receipt of the item Special orders are not returnable unless the mistake was ours. Your package should be securely wrapped and insured. Because we make items to order a replacement might take 2-3 weeks. You pay the postage your way and we'll pay it on the way back. Let us know if something isn't right and we'll do our best to remedy it. Figuring Your Postage We send packages by the US Mail. Each item has a figure with it for postage.
